Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your Damnation Hair purchase. Because many of our products are wearable hair items and may be customized or altered through use, the following return policy applies.

New & Unused Items
Returns and exchanges are accepted for items that are brand new, unused, unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition. Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide return instructions.

Unless the return is due to an error on our part, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Used or Worn Items
For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on products that have been worn, installed, used, cut, colored, altered, washed, treated with products, or otherwise changed from their original condition.

Product Failure or Defects
We stand behind our work. If a product fails or develops a problem during normal and appropriate use, please contact us with details and photographs when possible. These situations will be reviewed individually, and we will work with you on an appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances.

Normal wear and tear, improper installation, misuse, alterations, improper care, or damage caused after receipt are not considered product defects.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery so we can make it right. Please retain the item and packaging and provide photographs if requested.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Because custom and made-to-order pieces are created specifically to the customer's requested specifications, they may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive defective or differ materially from the agreed-upon order. If there is a problem with a custom order, please contact us so we can review the situation individually.

Return Condition
Returned merchandise must arrive in the same new and unused condition in which it was received. We reserve the right to decline a refund or exchange if an item shows evidence of wear, use, installation, alteration, damage, odors, or other changes after delivery.

Please contact Damnation Hair before mailing any return. Returns sent without prior authorization may delay processing.
